A few things to know.
Is the instant estimate a confirmed booking?
The estimate alone is not a reservation. When online checkout is active, trips more than 14 days away can proceed straight to payment if daily inventory is available. A verified deposit or full payment confirms the booking. Trips within 14 days, blackout dates, and requests above the daily limit go to our team.
What is pre/post service?
Two separate service windows, each up to 1.5 hours. The vehicle does not remain on site between windows. Choose hourly service for continuous availability or ongoing loops.
What is needed to reserve?
Enter your trip details, select your vehicle, and choose a 50% deposit or full payment. Eligible trips do not need separate driver or partner approval. Your trip invoice records payments and the balance due 7 days before service. Near-term and over-capacity requests require our review.
Does the estimate include everything?
The calculator includes the selected transportation service and 20% gratuity. Review your trip invoice before payment. Additional services, parking, tolls, special access, or itinerary changes may affect the price and will be discussed with you.
Can you accommodate luggage or accessibility needs?
Tell us the number of bags, mobility devices, and boarding assistance needed. Vehicle suitability and capacity must be confirmed before reservation.
